Deer Farm Vineyard Chardonnay

Coldstream Hills Deer Farm Vineyard Chardonnay is a single vineyard wine. It is grown in the clay loam soils of select blocks at Deer Farm Vineyard, sited at Gladysdale in the Upper Yarra Valley.

All batches are vinified separately. The fruit is whole bunch pressed for fermentation. The wine matures on lees for nine months in half new French oak. Minimal intervention prevails at the winery.

Pale green, Coldstream Hills Deer Farm Vineyard Chardonnay has stone fruit flavours, balanced citrus acidity and lasting length. Cellaring potential is seven years.
